Ronald Dahl captivated the hearts and minds of generations with his whimsical, yet relatable stories. Join us as we honor the 30th anniversary of Disney’s James and the Giant Peach (1996), a unique film utilizing stop-motion—a medium of filmmaking that often involves skilled puppetry and detailed sets. This “peachy” workshop will explore the making of the film and animated examples of sailing, then show you how to animate your own colorful fruit sailing across the sky using 2D animation techniques.
