Mickey Mouse: From Walt to the World Timed Entry Tickets
Entry to the exhibition is available on a timed entry basis; advanced purchase is recommended. Members and their designated guests receive access to the exhibition by showing their membership card upon entry; no advanced ticket reservation required. Members may purchase additional guests at a discounted price at the main museum Ticket Desk.
In addition to its main galleries, which house the museum's permanent collection, The Walt Disney Family Museum has several special exhibition spaces. On the lower level of the main building, the Theater Gallery and Lower Lobby Gallery host small-scale, rotating special exhibitions; these exhibitions are typically free to the general public, or admission to them is included with main museum admission. The recommended viewing time for these exhibitions is generally 30 minutes.
The museum's larger special exhibition space, the Diane Disney Miller Exhibition Hall, is located in a separate building—just behind the main museum—and houses more extensive temporary exhibitions. Special exhibition admission fees vary; the recommended viewing time for exhibitions in the Diane Disney Miller Exhibition Hall is generally 30 minutes to one hour. To access the exhibition hall from the main building, exit through the cafe doors and follow the ramp to your right; the sidewalk will guide you across the back parking lot to the exhibition hall.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on tickets purchased.
Ticketed Programs & Events
- For ticketed programs and events, there is a limit of six tickets available for purchase per household, unless otherwise stated; this includes non-paid ticketed programs and events. The museum reserves the right to void tickets purchased in excess of this limit. In some instances, the museum will impose lower limits based on capacity of venue and/or special considerations.
- Due to the overwhelming popularity of programs events at the museum, tickets often sell out quickly. The museum does not collect waitlists for programs or events; however, if tickets to a sold-out program or event become available, they will be released for purchase on the museum’s website at 10am the day before the event.
If you have purchased tickets to a program or event and are no longer able to attend, you may donate your tickets back to the museum for resale. In order to do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 10am two days before the program or event and indicate the confirmation number you received when purchasing the tickets within the body of the email. After 10am two days prior to the program or event, we can no longer accept tickets for donation. Additionally, tickets for donation will NOT be accepted over the phone or in person at any time. We cannot accept donations of tickets over the phone or in person.
More Information for Military Personnel
As shown above, general admission is free year-round for active and retired military personnel, as well as their spouses and dependents with valid ID.
The Walt Disney Family Museum also participates in the Blue Star Museums program, which grants free general admission to all military ID holders—active, retired, spouses, or dependents—and up to five of their family members between Armed Forces Day (Saturday, May 18, 2019) and Labor Day (Monday, September 2, 2019).
Special exhibitions, such as Mickey Mouse: From Walt to the World, are excluded from this offer.

Once you have selected the amount of tickets desired, please enter the provided discount code into the cart upon check out to receive $4 off each ticket. You will receive an email containing a PDF attachment with your discounted admission tickets. Upon arrival to the museum, head straight to our main gallery entrance and present your downloaded tickets to the Guest Experience Associate at the podium.
