In honor of the grand opening of our Awaking Beauty: The Art of Eyvind Earle special exhibition, you are cordially invited to this thrilling animation workshop exploring Eyvind Earle and his lasting testament on art and film. To honor his work on Walt Disney’s Sleeping Beauty (1959), we will teach you how to illustrate a villain transforming into a monstrous dragon using 2D animation techniques.

  • Walt’s Circle Donors: Wednesday, September 9 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
  • Founding, Supporter, and Friend-level members: Thursday, September 10 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
  • All member levels: Friday, September 11 at noon PT via the Member Portal.
  • Public (non-members): Saturday, September 12 at noon PT online.

Guests of The Walt Disney Family Museum can request American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters on-demand for our Talks, Workshops, School Experiences, Tours, and Storytimes.
