It is widely accepted that we are our own worst critics, and artists are no exception. Even the most experienced artists can be unsatisfied with a piece of work and start to doubt their skill. When embraced, self-doubt can actually be an important part of the artistic process as it motivates the artist to produce higher quality work. In this workshop, use facial expressions and character animation techniques to show an artist experiencing self-doubt.
This workshop will be held entirely online using a video conference interface. Students will be expected to have an internet connection, camera, and microphone to communicate with the teacher and other students. Basic materials such as pencils, pens, and paper will be used during the workshop. Any additional materials needed will be communicated by the teacher.
