Grab your magnifying glass and coat as we commemorate the 40th anniversary of Disney’s The Great Mouse Detective (1986). We will investigate the production of this animated classic and see how anthropomorphic characters—such as the film’s titular mouse—have been illustrated in film, then we will demonstrate how to hand-draw your own mouse bowing.
