General Admission Tickets
Please select your reserved time and date to visit the Main Museum below. Reserving this ticket allows entry to the Main Museum galleries for the date and time selected. Separate tickets to the WWII are required—see below. Please allow around 1.5 hours to experience the Main Museum.
Go SF and CityPASS: Guests with Go SF or CityPASS admission are currently unable to make a ticket reservation prior to their visit. Upon arrival at the museum, guests with Go SF or CityPASS admission must present their pass(es) at the main entrance to be accommodated for the next available admission time, which may require a minimal wait time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Ticket Purchase Policies
To accommodate our guests safely, we require all guests—including members—to reserve tickets prior to their visit. Admission to the special exhibition is available with limited capacities set for each day. Members of The Walt Disney Family Museum are invited to visit our members-only ticket reservation page to reserve your free tickets.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for the child at all times.
If you purchased tickets and need to reschedule your visit, email tickets@wdfmuseum.org. Our team is happy to reschedule your visit, but there are no refunds on tickets purchased. Although no refunds are available, our team is happy to reschedule your visit.

Film Tickets
$5 with purchase of general admission ticket or member guest.
In-Person Programs & Films: Proof of Vaccination Required
In an abundance of caution, and in line with the current San Francisco Department of Public Health recommendations, all in-person program ticketholders will be asked for proof of vaccination and photo ID—vaccine cards, photos of vaccine cards, or Digital Vaccine QR codes are acceptable. A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted. Those ineligible to receive vaccines will not be able to attend in-person events at this time.
Please note: Proof of vaccination is not required to visit the museum galleries—only if attending an in-person program in the theater.
In-person events will be hosted at a reduced capacity to allow for appropriate social distance between parties. All guests will be required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for the duration of the event.
