If you are interested in a translated audio tour, please ask a Guest Experience Associate at Ticket Desk about our FREE audio guides and have Walt’s story right at your fingertips. Currently, translated tours are available in French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish; for accessibility purposes, we also offer devices in English. Additionally, visitors can also download our FREE STQRY app onto their smartphones or other personal mobile devices by connecting to the museum’s complimentary Wi-Fi (WDFMuseum). If visitors do not wish to use the museum’s Wi-Fi—or their mobile data—the STQRY app also features an offline mode.

For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing and would prefer the option of onscreen text transcriptions on select monitors, closed captioning (CC) cards are also available FREE of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Though the museum takes pride in its interactive and audio-centric experiences, we are pleased to offer noise-cancelling headphones FREE of charge on a first-come, first-served basis to guests who have auditory and sensory processing sensitivities, and/or for guests who may feel overstimulated by the volume some exhibits.
In addition to providing better access to the museum’s content, we are also committed to creating an accessible environment for all of our guests. As such, the museum is fully wheelchair accessible. Manual wheelchairs are available FREE of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. We also welcome all personal wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and compact strollers.
Additionally, our museum welcomes the use of larger mobility strollers and larger mobility wheelchairs.* We ask that as a courtesy you contact the museum's Access Assistant at 415.345.6838 or our Guest Experience Management Team at 415.345.6850, so we may collect your information and keep our staff informed.

The Walt Disney Family Museum welcomes service animals. Under federal law, service animals are dogs trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of people with physical or mental disabilities. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability. Additionally, service animals must remain under their handler’s control at all times while inside the museum. Dogs or any other type of animal or pet whose sole function is to provide comfort, companionship, or emotional support—such as a support animal—do NOT qualify as service animals under federal law and are NOT permitted in the museum.
