In celebration of a new year of fresh starts, our workshops will highlight creative ways to spend the time.
Spending time with our pets has a magical way of brightening our life. Few such scenes compare to the iconic Christmas scene from Lady and the Tramp (1955) in which a hat box is opened to find a sweet puppy inside, ready to be loved. Join us as we dig into the history of dogs in animation and their emotional impact on the audience. Then, using traditional hand-drawn animation, we will focus on fundamental drawing principles to animate a person cuddling up with their favorite furry friend.
