The realm of mythical creatures has been a fascination to the human mind for centuries, and with the 85th anniversary of Walt Disney’s Fantasia (1940), it is a perfect time to figure out how to conjure such a creature! During this whimsical Pop-Up Studio, you will explore the history of this classic film and some of the fantastic lore behind the most well-known cryptic creatures. Then, using color theory and fundamental character design principles, you will create your own mythical creature fit for any fanciful world.
