Join us for a special talk in honor of the release of the new book Walt Disney's Trains: A Grand Circle Tour Through His Life and Legacy by Michael Campbell.
Campbell—who collaborated with museum co-founders Diane Disney Miller and Walter E. D. Miller to create train-related content for the museum, including the curation of our 2014–2015 special exhibition, All Aboard: A Celebration of Walt’s Trains—will share his highly-specialized knowledge of Walt’s trains and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how the book came together.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for the child at all times.

Tickets for Walt Disney's Trains: A Grand Circle Tour Through His Life and Legacy with Author Michael Campbell are available as follows:
- Walt’s Circle Donors: Purchase tickets beginning Tuesday, July 22 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
- Founding, Supporter, and Friend-level members: Purchase tickets beginning Wednesday, July 23 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
- All member levels: Purchase tickets online beginning Thursday, July 24 at noon PT via the Member Portal.
- Public (non-members): Remaining tickets available online beginning Friday, July 25 at noon PT.

About the Speaker

Michael Campbell
Michael Campbell is a recognized authority on Walt Disney’s love of trains, and its influence on the themed entertainment world. Campbell has told this inspiring story through exhibitions at the California State Railroad Museum, Disneyland, The Walt Disney Family Museum, and the Napa Valley Museum. An engaging speaker, Campbell has enlightened audiences at many venues, including Walt Disney World Resort, Pixar Animation Studios, and D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, in addition to various colleges, universities, charities, and railroad organizations. He has also been interviewed on national television and in print. In 2008, Campbell collaborated with Walt’s daughter Diane Disney Miller and her son Walter E. D. Miller in the creation of railroad-related content on view in The Walt Disney Family Museum. In 2014, Campbell curated a major exhibition called All Aboard: A Celebration of Walt’s Trains at the museum. He currently hosts the popular YouTube series “Once Upon a Train”.
