Young sea monster Luca is discontented with his quiet life under the waves. He meets Alberto, a fellow sea monster who reveals that, when dry, they take on human form. The two envision a life of freedom, riding a Vespa to explore the world above the water—but it's a world of humans who fear the unknown creatures living in the sea. Can Luca maintain his new life without revealing his true identity and putting himself and his new friends in danger?
