Walt’s journey into the field of animation began with the stop motion method. Before he started producing his own Laugh-O-gram shorts, he worked for the Kansas City Film Ad Company, where he produced stop motion commercials using a cutouts (featured in gallery 1).  Join us for this eight-week course and learn to make your own stop motion animation using jointed puppets. Explore the stop motion process from puppet-building to filming your own animated short.

All materials will be provided for students by the instructor.
