Successful animators have a comprehensive understanding of basic animation techniques and principles.

This eight-week course continues to refine artist and animator skills explored in After School Animation. Continuing students should arrive prepared to work with software and digital drawing tools while gaining additional animation techniques and tips. Students will be working to build portfolio pieces and dive deeper into character animation.

This Class is designed for students who have taken the After School Animation: Beginner and/or Intermediate Class.

Tickets for After School Animation: Advanced Digital Animation are available as follows:

  • Walt’s Circle Donors: Purchase tickets beginning Tuesday, September 9 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
  • Founding, Supporter, and Friend-level members: Purchase tickets beginning Wednesday, September 10 at noon PT by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
  • All member levels: Purchase tickets online beginning Thursday, September 11 at noon PT via the Member Portal.
  • Public (non-members): Remaining tickets available online beginning Friday, September 12 at noon PT.

Accessibility

Guests of The Walt Disney Family Museum can request American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters on-demand for our Talks, Workshops, School Experiences, Tours, and Storytimes.
