In 1893 my father purchased thirty acres. At that time the street had no name. The last name the street acquired when Mr. Disney bought it was Cerritas ave. My parents disposed of twenty acres and kept 10 acres. This was our home and this home place where I was born. My father passed away in 1912. Mother and I kept the place and in 1920 I married and persuaded my husband Paul Dominguez to commute to his ranch.
On our home place we raised out two sons. Paul Jr. and Ronald Knowlton Dominguez. We had no thought of ever selling the property where I was born. This property had been in the family sixty years. But when Mr. Disney came with his offer

We decided to accept the offer, I shall end this by saying we never could imagine any thing as wonderful, then what Mr. Disney has brought to our community. We are very happy and proud to have had a part in this wonderful and clean attraction, children and adults as well enjoy it.
