Fifty years ago, General Electric Carousel of Progress debuted at the 1964/65 New York World’s Fair. This Audio-Animatronics® stage attraction showcased the shift of technology in a typical American household over several decades. In its current iteration, the attraction’s most futuristic scene is set two decades before this year. Looking back at the history of the Carousel of Progress, envision what a typical household might look like 20 years from now, then design its concept art.
