In this charming film directed by Don Hahn and produced exclusively for the museum, Diane Disney Miller shares stories of Walt’s life during the holidays—at work and at home with his family. This sentimental behind-the-scenes peek includes both family footage and beloved clips from Walt’s television series. Prior to the screening of our presentation, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a clip from the episode “Where Do the Stories Come From?”, originally featured in the Disneyland television show. This nostalgic clip highlights Walt’s love of trains and is screened in conjunction with our special exhibition, Home for the Holidays at Carolwood. From all of us at The Walt Disney Family Museum, Happy Holidays!

Run time: 68 minutes.

In conjunction with our special exhibition, Home for the Holidays at Carolwood, all films are FREE in December. Enjoy the museum’s exclusive holiday film Christmas with Walt Disney (2009) and rare documentary Frank and Ollie (1995). Visit ticket desk to pick up free ticket; no general admission purchase required. Check waltdisney.org/calendar for daily film schedule and exceptions.
